No Show & Cancellations

To ensure fair access to our TopTracer bays and efficient scheduling for all guests, the following policy applies:

1.  Reservation Commitment

All bookings made for TopTracer bays are considered confirmed reservations. By reserving a bay, you agree to arrive at your scheduled time or cancel within the allowed notice period.

2.  No-Show Definition

A “no-show” is defined as any reservation where the customer:

  • Fails to arrive within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled start time, and
  • Has not contacted us to cancel or reschedule in advance

3.  Grace Period & Session Time

A grace period of 10–15 minutes is provided for late arrivals. However, this time will be deducted from your booked session, and your reservation will still end at the originally scheduled time.

4.  No-Show Fee

A no-show fee of $25 per bay will be charged to the card on file or collected through the booking system in the event of a no-show.

5.  Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.Cancellations made after this period may be subject to the no-show fee.

6.  Late Arrivals

Guests arriving late may have their session time reduced accordingly. Full session fees still apply, and repeated late arrivals may be treated as no-shows at management’s discretion.

7.  Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. No-show fees may be waived at management’s discretion in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

8.  Acceptance of Terms

By booking a TopTracer bay, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
